JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a well-established nursing home in Caterham, is actively seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their compassionate team in delivering exceptional nursing care to elderly residents.
• Registered Nurse Adult RGN or Mental Health RMN
• Competitive hourly rate, negotiable
• Full-time position: 36 hours per week

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid nursing qualification – RGN or RMN - with an active NMC PIN
• Outstanding communication abilities

• Committed to maintaining the highest standards of care
• Prior experience in a similar healthcare environment is essential
• Minimum of 6 months' nursing experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE:
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating personalised care plans
• Motivating and coordinating the caregiving team to ensure excellence in care delivery
• Participating in the orientation and training of new staff members as required
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
