Head of HR (FTC or Day Rate Contract) 6 months 

Austin Fraser is representing a leading medical devices business who are looking for a seasoned HR professional to cover maternity leave. 
This opportunity will allow someone to further their HR skills in a business partnering environment. You will be responsible for HR, Payroll and Health and safety with a team size of 12.

You will ideally have a generalist background being able to lead the following areas;

-ER
-Payroll
-Projects such as HRIS implementation
-Recruitment 
- L&D

The role is Hybrid with 3 days onsite just outside of Oxford - The end client is open to a day rate contractor (Inside IR35) or a salaried FTC for 6 months as this is a holding role.
