Position: Clinical Lead

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Location: West London

Hours: 38.5 full-time days only!

Shifts: 8.00am – 4.00pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm

Now looking to recruit a Clinical Lead to join this successful provider into the next chapter of their journey. With a new home being opened in 2024! it is a riveting time for an experienced Clinical Lead who aspires to progress further as there is a clear progression plan for the appointed Clinical Lead.

The Clinical Lead will support the manager in the day-to-day running of a 75-bed nursing home facility. The family-run provider is looking for a Clinical Lead who can build and maintain relationships with local authorities and commissioning bodies. As well as be an influential leader to their team by always promoting best practices.

Clinical Lead Requirements:

• Be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Supervise the creation of care plans – assessment and discharge.
• To have worked in a leadership role within a nursing home setting
• To have experience in mental health and physical health conditions
• Must be clinically astute in their abilities.
• To have a fair but assertive approach who is not afraid to challenge.
