You will be managing a caseload of clients in the Kent area, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, ensuring the quality of care is delivered.

About you

  • You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.
  • Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care.
  • Able to commit to a flexible working pattern and participate in the provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
