Due to continued growth, a superb opportunity for a vet to join this prestigious first opinion and referral hospital in the North West close to Manchester. This is a first-class family run veterinary hospital with the very latest state of the art equipment including in house MRI, CT scanner, digital x ray suite and theatres for soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.

Vets get involved in a wide range of interesting cases and have the opportunity to work up in house without the need for referral elsewhere.  In house certificate holders are on hand as required.  The practice is busy but my client is aware that their vets need time to fully work up their cases and as such the day is structured in a way to allow that.  

My client is specifically looking for a vet that has imaging experience and maybe studying for or has already achieved a certificate

The right candidate will have the right attitude, good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be keen to maintain the highest levels of clinical work and deliver excellent service to your clients. You’ll be working alongside 6 other experienced vets supported by 12 RVNs and reception team.

4 day working week, 1:6 Saturdays, no Sundays or nights/on call.

My client has a flexible attitude towards CPD with no financial limit as such. Those wishing to pursue a certificate can be supported. Apartment available for those wishing to relocate. Access to a practice vehicle if required. RCVS fees paid.  Salary depending on experience level – imaging cert holders will be very well rewarded
