Location: Kent
Days: 4 - 5 days a week
Hours: 37.5 hours (flexible options available)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
Are you a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse seeking a permanent role? We are currently looking for a compassionate individual to join our team at our lovely, friendly Nurse lead surgery in Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a General Practice setting
Administer baby immunisations and provide wound care with precision and empathy
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
Essential:
NMC Registration
Minimum of 1 year's experience working in General Practice
Proficiency in baby immunisations and wound care
Desirable:
Experience in managing Asthma, COPD, or Diabetes conditions
