We are seeking an exceptional candidate to be the first point of contact and follow-up for all enquiries into the business.

A new, non-clinical role for a Patient Engagement Executive focused on taking people seamlessly through their journey from first enquiry through to new patient clinics as part of our high-level patient concierge service.

This role would particularly suit someone looking to progress from working in a high-end retail or luxury brand environment.

Alternatively, someone who has worked in a customer facing role for a high-quality hospitality, cosmetic or high value product / service business.

You will have the support and engagement from the professional leadership team focused on ensuring the delivery of an exemplary customer service pathway of excellence every time.
