Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Band 5/6 Community Nurse to join our team in North London. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (NMC) and will bring clinical experience working with adults in a community setting.

Job Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Initially 3 months, ongoing contract
• Working Pattern: Full-time/ Part time
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Driver: Yes (Driver's license required)

Specific Skills:

• Compressions
• Diabetes management (insulin, etc.)
• Standard community nursing duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinically sound and compassionate care to adults in the community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Utilize strong clinical skills to address a variety of community nursing duties.

Remuneration:

• Band 5/6 salary range: £22.00-£26.00 per hour
