Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to promote
our products and services within the NHS. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare
sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to expand our presence
within the NHS.
 Identify and prioritise opportunities for growth, including new business partnerships,
collaborations and sales channels.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the NHS, including
recruiting managers, clinicians and procurement teams.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and our
product/service offerings.
 Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing and terms with NHS clients, ensuring profitability
and sustainability.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify potential
opportunities and risks.
 Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and business cases to demonstrate the value
proposition of our solutions.
 Track and report on sales performance, market trends and business development activities
to senior management.

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
(Masters degree preferred).
 Proven track record of success in business development within the healthcare sector, with a
focus on the NHS.
 Strong understanding of NHS structures, processes and procurement practices.
 Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, linkedIn Sales Manager).
