Job Title: Registered Manager

Location: North London

Salary: £40,000 per annum + Yearly & CQC Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Healthcare Clinical is working with a reputable care provider which has been operating since 2009! over 90% of their homes are rated good with CQC in all 5 domains. They pride themselves on offering the highest standards of residential and dementia care. We are leading the search for a Registered Manager with a proven track record for achieving and maintaining good CQC ratings.

The home caters to no more than 20 + residents providing various care packages such as respite, dementia, and residential care. The ideal Registered Manager will have extensive experience in residential care.

Registered Manager Duties Include:

• To oversee the day-to-day operation and running of the service ensuring safe effective care is being adhered to
• The Registered Manager will protect the residents from avoidable harm and abuse.
• Manage all aspects of risk management for the service users so they are always supported.
• Medication management is being correctly administered documented and recorded.
• Quality monitoring checks and safety checks
• MCA assessments and DOLS applications
• Ensure the resident's dietary needs are assessed and met with
• Promote lots of social activities.

Registered Manager Remuneration:

• Achievable annual bonus!

Registered Manager requirements:

• Must be a CQC Registered Manager
• The ideal Registered Manager will have an NVQ 5 in health and social care leadership or an RMA equivalent.
• QCF completed.
