As the Deputy Manager, your tasks will include:

• Acting as a mentor, supervising and coaching colleagues to ensure a service that empathizes with resident issues.
• The effective day to day running of the home to deliver high standards of personalised care.
• Building close relationships with residents and their loved ones
• Managing the MDT, including managing rotas, ensuring the team are fully trained and supporting recruitment.
