Role Overview:
As an Outpatient Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care within our outpatient department. This role involves providing nursing support to patients undergoing various outpatient procedures, as well as assisting with consultations and follow-up appointments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients attending outpatient appointments
• Assist with consultations and outpatient procedures as required
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition, providing appropriate interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth patient flow
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in outpatient care
• Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of outpatient procedures and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
