As they continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager.

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with our clients across the UK. You will be responsible for assisting sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for health and nutrition with your sales expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Provide product education and training to clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business success.
  • Strong excel capabilities for both creating and interpretation of reports
  • A degree or relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
