The role is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Primary Care experience who has a specialist interest in chronic disease/sexual health. You will have the chance to see minor illness and develop as a clinician with training/funding for independent prescribing.

Salary - £40,000 - £46,500 per annum + NHS pension + 33 days annual leave including bank holidays

Your role -

• Part-time (30 hours) Nurse Practitioner with an interest/specialism in chronic disease and/or sexual health
• A mixture or telephone and face to face appointments, mostly face-to-face
