Join Our client's friendly and dynamic team at their veterinary practice, where they prioritise exceptional pet healthcare and customer service. Located on Battery Retail Park near a university campus, the practice offers convenient amenities, plentiful free parking, excellent public transport links, and proximity to the local train station.

The successful candidate will become part of Our client's supportive team, working across both Selly Oak and their sister practice. With 10 Veterinary Nurses, 7 Veterinary Surgeons, and 5 Receptionists, the team provides a collaborative environment for professional growth and development. This role offers exposure to varied responsibilities and ample opportunities for advancement within the field of veterinary nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor small animal anaesthetics and respond to emergencies
• Conduct nurse consultations and assist with surgeries as needed
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure optimal patient care
• Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to practice improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified veterinary nurse with experience in small animal anaesthetics monitoring
• Proficient in emergency response and conducting nurse consultations
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Desire for professional development and willingness to pursue further qualifications
