At a veterinary surgery, Our client offers an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic veterinary surgeons seeking a new challenge. The practice provides a convenient base for those commuting from nearby cities such as Manchester and Birmingham. Boasting easy access to local amenities and public transport links, it's an ideal location for both work and leisure.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team comprising 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 4 receptionists, under the leadership of experienced partners. With a combined 37 years of veterinary experience, the partners prioritise creating a supportive environment where colleagues can thrive. Responsibilities:

• Conduct veterinary consultations independently, demonstrating confidence and competence
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive veterinary care
• Manage and prioritise caseload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Contribute to practice operations, including administrative duties and team meetings

Requirements:

• Veterinary degree qualification
• Demonstrable experience in veterinary practice, preferably in a solo capacity
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to continuing professional development and willingness to pursue further qualifications
