We're on the hunt for a seasoned Home Manager to join a top-rated, medium-sized care Home located in the heart of Leamington Spa. The Nursing Home is known for its excellent nursing and residential care for the elderly and those with dementia with a Good CQC rating and a strong reputation within the local community.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with an annual salary of £60,000, negotiable, a generous performance-related bonus, and ample opportunities for career progression.

As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking overall duty for the running of the home
- Managing staff, including conducting appraisals and training
- Overseeing care plans, reviews, and meetings
- Managing the home's budget

- An active NMC Pin is Essential
