Regulatory Manager – Cosmetics – Cheshire

The successful Regulatory Manager will have the chance to build technical knowledge and a diverse professional network.
The role:
- Leading a team of regulatory professionals,
- Training and personal development
- Developing, implementing, and updating processes for improvement
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with the relevant regulations, standards and processes are in place to deliver compliant global products.
- Commission and oversee third party partners to ensure that all products have been assessed for consumer safety and regulatory compliance and take accountability for the quality of the output.
- Ensuring all business and customer requirements are met to requirements of The Vegan Society, Cruelty Free International and Round Table for Sustainable Palm Oil
Ideal candidate:
- Strong regulatory background in a cosmetics industry with an understanding of the UK/EU and other global regulations.
- Previous leadership experience and a proven track record of developing results driven teams.
- Comfortable with data handling and analysis
- Innovative in ways of driving value from data created within the team.
- Previous exposure of working with high street retailers, online retailers, and brands.
