Locum Band 8a Pharmacist – West Midlands - Acute Services

Hunter Gatherer AHP have an amazing opportunity based with a large hospital in the West Midlands area. The Head of Pharmacy is on the lookout for a ward-experienced pharmacist to join the medical division on a full-time locum basis. The post holder will help develop and implement medicine management systems concerned with acute medical services used throughout the trust's pharmacy department. 

Working hours are 9am-5:15pm w/ a 45-minute break – 7.5 working hours per day, 37.5 hours per week. For the right candidate, flexible days are acceptable depending on how the CV lands with the department – this is a 4-6 month contract which is likely to extend.

PLEASE NOTE: Previous Band 8a clinical pharmacist is required to be eligible for this position. 

–       Locum Band 8a Pharmacist

–       £33-40 per hour depending on experience

–       Ongoing contract with 2 week notice period

–       Flexible leave + indemnity insurance covered
