My client is a multi-award winning luxurious residential home specialising in elderly care, with some early dementia needs. They are now seeking kind and caring individuals to join their experienced team as a Care Team Leader on nights.

With comfortable living areas, and stunning garden areas this home provides a warm and welcoming environment where residents can enjoy comfort, companionship and awarding-winning residential and dementia care.

Hours - Full time / Nights 

Pay rate - £14 an hour 

Hours - 8pm - 7:30am 

Care Team Leader Main Duties:

As a Care Team Leader, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage a small team of carers whilst monitoring practices
• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care and supporting their mobility
• Managing and administering medication
• Reviewing and updating residents care plans
• Keeping accurate records of care provided
• Identify training needs
• Reporting any changes in residents conditions

Care Team Leader Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are seeking Leading Carers with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Previous experience in a senior role required
• NVQ 2 minimum   
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
