Essential Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy, with a valid HCPC license.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• A rich post-graduate experience, spanning at least five years, ideally with evidence of academic pursuits at Level 7.
• A proven track record of leadership in previous roles.

Core Responsibilities:

• Steer the management of a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal cases, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and HCPC standards.
• Spearhead weekly clinical discussions, mentoring the team, and enhancing internal training programs.
• Manage clinic operations, including staff scheduling and maintaining internal KPIs, in harmony with the clinic's strategic objectives.
