This role comes with an attractive salary ranging from £52,000 to £55,000 depending on experience. You'll also get up to 33 days of annual leave and the opportunity to develop and progress in your career.

As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the finances and budgets of the home
• Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the home
• Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care
• Exceeding the internal quality expectations as well as those of the CQC
