Day in the life of an RMN: As a mental health nurse, you'll play a crucial role in patient care by:

• Conducting regular visits to ensure patient needs are met.
• Administering medications on schedule.
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and monitor progress.
• Conducting risk assessments to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration as an RMN.
• Relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure.
