Head of Quality (RP)

Walker Cole International are currently supporting a Midlands-based Pharmaceutical business with their search for a Head of Quality and Responsible Person. As Head of Quality you will provide leadership and support to the site whilst ensuring GMDP compliance for the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring their overall training and development
- Overseeing all commercial batch release for externally manufactured products
- Acting as the Responsible Person for the site, being named on their WDA license
- Hosting both client audits and regulatory inspections
You must have:
- A Life Sciences degree (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience working within a GMDP environment in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Been named on a WDA license as a Responsible Person
- Significant experience leading and developing a team
