Senior Night Nurse

Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Senior Registered Nurse to work night shifts for a national Private Healthcare Provider based in Downham Market, Norfolk.
The home is purpose built and designed to a high standard with its residents' needs in mind. They provide around the clock care to residents living with Dementia and General Elderly Care needs.
As a Senior Night Nurse, you will assist the Home Manager in overseeing the nightly operations of the home. You will be part of a strong management team, working closely with our nurses and carers to provide a consistent service delivery that meets the needs of our residents. Your focus will be on making sure we have the best nursing and clinical care provisions for our residents and you will actively contribute to clinical delivery.
Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Senior Night Nurse, or a similar leadership role in the care sector.
- Good communication skills and can maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors.
- Strong team player with good coaching and mentoring skills
- Good clinical skills, with a focus on person-centred care
- Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care.
- Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service.
- Competitive rate of up to £24.00 per hour – Salary circa £60,000

Essential Requirements:
- NMC Registered – RGN, RMN, RNLD – Ideally with a background as a Nursing Homes nurse but not essential.
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
