Registered Nurse (RMN) – £21.25 per hour + Paid Breaks – 38.5 hours per week - Chester
Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for an RMN Staff Nurse for a national Private Healthcare Provider with a Nursing Homes based in Chester.
The home has four bungalow style units, connected by open-air footpaths. Each unit encompasses its own unique dining area, lounge area and individual landscaped garden with comfortable seating areas. They provide around the clock care to residents living with Dementia and General Elderly Care needs. They hold a Good CQC report.
As an RMN Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of the resident care team, providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment.

- Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, ensuring the overall well-being of residents.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
- Providing emotional support and maintaining a comforting environment for residents and their families.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring timely response to any changes in health status.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
- Offer emotional support to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Essential Requirements:
- NMC Registered – RMN only – Ideally with a background in Nursing Homes but not essential
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
