As a Care Home Manager, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of up to £60,000, complemented by a wide range of benefits. As a Care Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the physical, passionate, and social needs of our residents are met, within a medium sized nursing home
- Delivering clinical guidance and training.
- Holding out assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Monitoring work areas and practices for safety and compliance.
- Championing resident wellbeing and establishing a vision for the home.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:
- Background working in home management within an elderly care setting.
- NMC Pin is desirable
- A Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
- knowledge of Ci regulations and evidence of previous Good or Very Good inspections
- An understanding of safeguarding and the ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
- A truly mindful and kind approach to communication.
