Our client, an international organisation operating within the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a PV Systems Product Owner to join their team. With a focus on providing bespoke end-to-end services, our client connects pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals with patients, working to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.

Reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacovigilance, the PV Systems Product Owner will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of PV systems. As a subject matter expert in PV systems, the successful candidate will possess extensive project management experience with a deep understanding of project planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain PV systems, ensuring their optimal functioning.
  • Leverage knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, and Visio to streamline PV processes.
  • Utilise Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Generation (NLG) technologies to improve automation.
  • Work closely with the Director of Pharmacovigilance to implement best practises and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, demonstrating expertise in project planning and implementation.
  • Previous experience working with a large CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, and Visio, with the ability to leverage these tools to optimise processes.
  • Ideally, prior experience in the healthcare sector, familiar with industry-specific challenges.
  • Strong logical thinking, organisational skills, and the ability to comprehend and implement business requirements.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, such as AI, RPA, ML, and NLG.
  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proficiency in database programming languages, including Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
