Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Completed CPPE Pathway
• Demonstrable experience within a primary care setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to liaise effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• A proactive approach to adopting recommended medication practices.
