Registered CPHN Health Visitor - ASAP Start!

We are looking for qualified SCPHN Health Visitor's to join our Children's Community Services in the City of London.

You'll join a team who are passionate about making an impact on the development and wellbeing of children in the local community between the age of 0-19.

Your days will be rewarding and varied and include: working with our multi-professional teams to facilitate multi-agency and interdisciplinary working, promote and maintain an effective service to clients, using the assessment framework, communication, negotiation and collaboration and prioritise own work in line with areas of highest risk, delegating work to the wider skill mix team appropriately You will be a registered nurse / midwife with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification and a caring and approachable demeanour in order to gain the trust of the local families you assist in London.

Salary: £30/h

What you'll need as a Health Visitor:

• NMC registration and educated to degree level
• Be a registered nurse / midwife with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification
• Up-to-date clinical best practice knowledge
• The right to work in the UK
