As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll get to step into the shoes of the Home Manager in their absence, supervising and coaching your team to deliver unparalleled care.

As a Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the level of clinical care surpasses professional standards and legal requirements.
  • Providing specialist nursing care and advice.
  • Taking on the role of Home Manager in their absence.
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver mindful care.
  • Managing time effectively and maintaining meaningful records.

  • A true attentive and generous nature when communicating with residents and co-workers.
