Nights Registered General Nurse
£22.50 (with unpaid breaks)
Location: North Worcestershire
2 nights per week
Servisource are delighted to be working with a fantastic care home to find a RGN looking for 2 nights per week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts effectively to ensure the delivery of excellent care and communication.
- Utilise electronic care planning system (PSC) to maintain up-to-date care plans and daily care records for individual residents.
- Collaborate closely with Nurse Manager, Deputy, and Nurse Training Manager for clinical support, training, and development.
Requirements:
- RGN Valid NMC registration.
- Genuine passion for delivering person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
