• Taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care.
• Running the home in the absence of the Home Manager
• Providing mentorship and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
• Delivering a person-centred approach to care for the residents and their families.
• Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and knowing how to address these concerns.
