Role Available: Band 6 Care Co-ordinator (CPN, OT or Social Worker) Cambridge Adult Locality Team

Pay rate: NHS capped rates - Band 6 with possibility to negotiate dependant on experience.

Contract: Initial 3 months of 37.5 Hours per week – On-going
