The role involves contributing to the development of Veterinary Nurses' individual surgical and medical interests, as well as assisting in the training of the nurse and VCA team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in appraisals and auditing of clinical care.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Maintain the purpose-built and fully equipped surgery for optimal clinical care.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 Vets, 2 nurses, 2 Student nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, 1 Practice Manager & 4 Client Care Advisors.
• Uphold practice standards and certifications, including RCVS Practice Standards (GP), ISFM Feline Friendly Practice, and RAW Rabbit Friendly Practice (Silver).

Requirements:

• Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Experience in general nursing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Genuine interest in animal welfare.
• Forward-thinking and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
