Registered Supported Living Manager, Learning Disabilities, Northumberland. to £40K + £2K bonus + benefts
My client is a reputable national learning disabilities care provider, looking for an experienced manager to oversee a large supported living complex in the Blyth area of Northumberland.
This is a well established complex with a number of single occupancy bungalows, providing care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex care needs.
You will be passionate about standards, high quality care and be able to motivate and develop your teams. You will be supported by a Deputy Manager and Team Leaders, and also you will have the support of a regional team and positive behaviour support practitioners, coupled with good levels of investment in resources, training and staffing.
