About the Production Operative job

The purpose of your role will be to operate the production lines to a high standard and provide manual work including cleaning and maintenance of

Key tasks

• Perform regular cleaning of the production tanks and operating machinery.
• Produce products through heating and other processes safely within set timeframes.
• Regularly and correctly complete necessary supportive paperwork.   

About You

The successful candidate should have experience in working in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant with an excellent work ethic especially with manual tasks, and have a ‘switched-on’ approach to their role.

• Ambition to progress to a managerial role in future.  
• Proactive and works independently without direction or supervision.

The Production Operative job is based in Wiltshire and is paying £27,000 rising to £31,000 in the first year once development targets are met according to your experience.

The package includes 32 days of annual leave.

The working hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday to Friday.
