Position: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Location: - Must be living in UK

Salary: Starting from £52,000 based on experience

Hours: 27 - 36 hours worked over 3 or 4 days

Contract: Permanent Full time or Part time

About the Practice: A forward thinking, dynamic, training practice set in an attractive leafy part of Clapham, close to the common and Abbeville Village. We care for a diverse community of over 20,500 patients.

• Sepsis

• An experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner!
• Registered with a valid NMC Pin and eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Have ACUTE CARE, PRIMARY CARE, A&E OR URGENT CARE experience, ready to take the next step, supported by a structured training programme and a welcoming and friendly team!
• Passionate about making a difference to the lives of others.

Primary Responsibilities

• PCN Lead Nurse
• Practice Infection Control Lead
• Practice Sepsis Lead
• Practice Respiratory Lead
• Nurse Leadership, Supervision & Assessment

• Request pathology services as necessary.
