As a Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining consistently high standards of patient care in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures
• Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and visitors
• Assisting Senior Staff in managing clinical departments and providing effective leadership in their absence

The ideal Staff Nurse will have:

• NMC registration
• 12 to 18 months of Cardiac/Cardiology experience - this is essential
• Good communication skills
• A collaborative approach to team working
• ALS training is desirable, but not essential as training is provided
