Our client is a leading private hospital located in the heart of London. They are known for their high standard of care and commitment to their staff. They are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit and contribute to their ongoing success.
As a Senior Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges
• Working closely with the consultants and ICU fellows regarding care delivery and acute decision-making
• Identifying any issues or concerns quickly and acting accordingly
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Being competent in Venepuncture, Cannulation and Phlebotomy, carrying out these tasks daily
• Completing ad hoc duties assigned by your manager and supporting the manager, and deputising when required.

To be considered for the role of Senior Staff Nurse, you must:

• Be a Registered RGN with an NMC PIN
• Have experience working in intensive care with good assessment skills
• Have an ICU qualification
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working at the Band 6 level
