We're on the hunt for a dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to join a leading provider of complex care packages within the community. This role is based in the SW London area and offers an exciting opportunity to join the company during a period of significant growth, specialising in adult complex care.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum. You'll also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week and enjoy a generous holiday allowance of 33 days. The role also includes access to a company car or travel card for community travel.

As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will:

• Give face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, creating personalised care plans for each person.
• Work closely with a team of carers, training and supporting them in their clinical skills and activities.
• Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client's needs.
• Manage the MDT effectively through strong communication and teamwork.
• Monitor, support and assess client's physical and physiological needs within your caseload.
• Deliver nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery.
• Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with your client's family.
• Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.

The ideal person for the Adult Nurse Manager role will have:

• An active NMC PIN as an RGN.
• A supportive management style that brings out the best in others.
• Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDT.
• Evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs, suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses.
• A full UK Driving Licence
