A modern, independent, beautifully designed award-winning cat clinic based in London is looking for a receptionist to join its team. They provide GP services as well as feline referral services in internal medicine, ophthalmology, and dentistry.

This is very much a destination practice,  a practice customers travel across London to get to.  Not many practices can boost dozens of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews on Google but this one can. A practice that doesn’t cut corners, a loyal customer base who appreciate what you do, an experienced team  working in a relaxed friendly environment together doing what is right for the patient and practice.

An animal lover, you will be the face of the practice, hosting members, and playing an important role in developing relationships with them and their pets.  You will often be the first and last contact with the clinic so creating the right impression is key.

You will be comfortable and confident interacting with patients and you must be professional, take pride in your work and remain calm when faced with emergency patients.

This is a 24-hour-a-week role.  Mon 10 am-6 pm, Wed 12.15 pm – 8.15 pm. Fri 12.15 pm – 8 pm.  This is a 3 week rota so 1 in 3 you will be workin Fri, Sat Sun days. 9am-5pm

As you are a key member of the team they need to look after you and they don’t disappoint.  From £11.44 per hour.  Fully funded CPD, Private health care, pension, discretionary bonus, and large practice discounts for your cat.  Hols are 17 days inc BH’s.

This is city living, with everything London has to offer on your doorstep. Close to London Bridge Tube station, you can be shopping or ‘hitting the town,’ within 20 mins of finishing your shift.
