Registered Manager – Nursing Home
Christchurch, Dorset
Up to £65k
I am looking for an experienced Registered Manager to run a ‘good’ CQC rated nursing home in the beautiful town of Christchurch in Dorset. The home provides high quality nursing, dementia, residential and respite care. A multi-million pound investment has added new luxury bedroom suites and given a superb makeover to the whole home.
In this role you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the home
- Be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents
- Meet financial targets and maintain full occupancy in the home
- Manage a great staff team
For this post you must have:
- A nursing qualification with NMC registration
- Experience of running a nursing home
- A current registration with the CQC or a previous registration in a similar role
- Up-to-date knowledge of care sector regulations and best practices
- Working hours will be flexible and may include weekends and bank holidays, as required
