Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their team on a full time basis.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing personalised treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities/equipment, and other appropriate interventions.
  • Providing hands-on treatment and guidance to clients, emphasising active participation and self-management strategies.

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions, including medical history, SOAP notes, range of motion, strength, and functional abilities, etc.

  • Monitoring clients' progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise outcomes.

  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior physiotherapy staff, including mentoring, training, and clinical supervision.

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

  • Chartered Physiotherapist status with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans, tailored to individual client needs and goals.

  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and supervising junior staff members.
