Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Workers to join our team to work in various roles within Children's and Adult Services. The positions available include opportunities in Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH), safeguarding teams, and general social work roles.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments of individuals and families to determine needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing care plans to support vulnerable children, adults, and families.
• Providing counseling, advocacy, and support to clients in need.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and law enforcement agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding protocols and case documentation.
• Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (e.g., HCPC, Social Work England).
• Experience working in Children's and/or Adult Services, preferably within MASH or safeguarding teams.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
