​In this role you will be developing your skillset both independently and as part of a team to start immediately with a pay of £30 - £35 P/H.

Description:

The main duties of the role are to work as a mammographer in the breast screening and symptomatic breast imaging department providing a high quality and responsive mammography service as part of a multi-disciplinary team, whilst maintaining and monitoring performance as set out by the NHS breast screening programme to enable standards to be met.

To ensure that safe practice is carried out in accordance with the Unit’s protocols.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have the following criteria:

  • Degree in Radiography

  • HCPC registered

  • 4 years experience in Mammography

  • NHS experience

Is this you?

You must have the ability and confidence to produce high-quality images in order to accurately diagnose patients.

Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential, as you will be working amongst a team and alongside other departments.

As a Radiographer, you should be accommodating to the varied patient needs you're likely to encounter and be assuring throughout their time in your care.
