We are looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to join the Clinical support team at the New Private Hospital in Birmingham.

Contract: Permanent Full time. 37.5 hours per week worked between 8am and 8pm.

What we are looking for:

• Can you provide strong clinical skills, expertise in assessment, management and education and exceptional service delivery?Do you have management skills to lead the team to ensure a efficient, effective and high quality physiotherapy services?
• Undertake a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and clinical examination of the individual patient including those with multi-pathological presentations?
• Set therapeutic/rehabilitation goals and objectives?
• Develop, Deliver and monitor individual treatment programmes?
• Plan with referral to other services to ensure safe and holistic smooth and safe Discharge?

Qualifications/Attributes and Skills required:

• Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy
• Registration with MCSP and HCPC
• Experience providing care to mixed cohort of patients and specialisms including general in patient surgery, ITU and respiratory
• Significant and relevant post graduate experience.
• Experience in Leadership and managing teams.
• Up to Date knowledge of current processes and deliver of Physiotherapy.
