With a global presence this company is one of the main specialists in sensors and systems for position measurement, identification, object detection, for the manufacturing sector.
They are seeking a Sales Support & Administration Specialist to work within the internal sales department.
You will be –
- Creation and tracking of opportunities, quotations, orders.
- Confirming Orders with Customers
- Administrational duties
- Customer feedback, resolution of problems.
- Handling of any customer complaints
What we are looking for -
- A sales or sales support background in a engineering/manufacturing/parts type company would be a massive advantage.
- Good commercial knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Good self-management and -motivation
- Telephone skills
- Customer-orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
- Desirable - Good SAP / SD skills & Basic CRM Skills Input
Salary range between 27k to 30k
Location is Northwich, Cheshire
