Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner

Salary: Up to £45,300 per annum

Servisource Healthcare are seeking Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join a fantastic team to work alongside world-renowned surgeons in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. This opportunity is a full time, permanent role.

Role Overview:

• Ideal for an experienced Scrub Nurse/Practitioner ready to advance in their career
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in both NHS and Private settings
• Strong work ethic with a patient-centric approach

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with recognised postgraduate theatre qualification or equivalent experience, or Registered ODP with cert HE/Diploma
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Significant post-registration skills with a sound knowledge of theatre practice
• Experience in orthopaedics, Urology, and a variety of surgeries
• Specialist knowledge in operating theatre care
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs and participate in on-call rota if required
