Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner

Salary: Up to £45,300 per annum
Servisource Healthcare are seeking Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join a fantastic team to work alongside world-renowned surgeons in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. This opportunity is a full time, permanent role.
Role Overview:
- Ideal for an experienced Scrub Nurse/Practitioner ready to advance in their career
- Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in both NHS and Private settings
- Strong work ethic with a patient-centric approach
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with recognised postgraduate theatre qualification or equivalent experience, or Registered ODP with cert HE/Diploma
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Significant post-registration skills with a sound knowledge of theatre practice
- Experience in orthopaedics, Urology, and a variety of surgeries
- Specialist knowledge in operating theatre care
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs and participate in on-call rota if required
