Salary: Up to £36,400 per annum
Servisource Healthcare are seeking an experienced Band 5 Staff Nurse an Orthopaedics Ward to join a private hospital. This ward specialises in orthopaedics, spinal injections, trauma, and general surgery.
Role Overview:
- Conduct assessments and develop care programs
- Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- Supervise junior staff in the absence of the Ward Manager
- Utilise advanced clinical skills for patient care
Requirements:
- Band 5 experience in orthopaedics
- Proficiency in evidence-based practice
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in mentoring junior staff
